We’re Nearly Through The Challenges of Certification And Compliance!

To get where we are today, our small crew had to sail the Woodworks craft through the clashing pillars of local and state regulations. It’s one challenge to find and hire the perfect craftspeople. Another to locate and negotiate, purchase and transport boiler, distilling towers, mash tuns, grain, barrels and pure waters. Another to secure a location, design a facility and see our way through construction.

But the final test, may be that of regulatory panels and commissions. And we have nearly squeezed through the gauntlet! Last week, Woodworks earned its Certificate of Occupancy AND its Certificate of Compliance. Within hours of achieving those crucial milestones, we had our paperwork in the hands of state boards. So, like sailors tossed into the storm, we are holding on to hopes of that final approval.

Then we will make you the fine spirits we’ve been promising now for …. well, months.
