We created this distinctive gin as the stock for our Barrel-Aged Gin, which is available under the Woodworks label. The base before going into the barrel was so tasty, we bottled it on its own!

Look for this unique, spice-forward gin to greet you with a gentle nose of nutmeg, cardamom, grains of paradise and a faint nod to sea salt and toasted sugar. You’ll find approachable, spicy, sweet notes followed by peppercorn and cardamom that melts into a mouthful of spice-forward flavor and a dry, clean finish.

The Rough Draft label will offer unique small batch spirits that will be available only at the distillery. Each will be limited-time-only bottlings. Of course, you can still taste your favorite Woodworks spirit, too.
